Good day and welcome to this week's edition of the Regulators; search news with a bit of spice. While we shall be spending some time on some news bits this week, we're also going to spend a bit of time looking at the whole J.C Penney affair and all that came with it.

As an added bonus, I've talked to Alan Bleiwiess about coming on, so he should be joining us as we go along. We talked to Alan because of his coverage of the event and the subsequent (long tail ain't SEO) drama that followed it. All in all, it should be a great show (ain't it always?).
